Celebrate Identity Challenge Intolerance is an Equality focused consultancy that educates around the issues of Equality and Diversity
We are focused on challenging the attitudes that impact upon people and groups adversely as a result of how nature has created them.
When the six traditional protected characteristics within Equality are scrutinized it is evident that they are associated with aspects of identity that are outwith the control of the individual. We are also completely opposed to discrimination against individuals as a result of their marital or parental status or through gender reassignment.

Our organisation aims to Celebrate Identity and Challenge Intolerance through education in Equality and Diversity issues.
Drawing on extensive experience of working to tackle discrimination, reduce prejudice and raise awareness regarding the dangers of intolerance, CICI can offer a range of tailored courses, workshops and e-learning that focus on the following areas:
- Race - (Skin colour, national identity or national origin, ethnicity, citizenship)
- Religion or belief
- Age
- Gender
- Disability
- Sexuality
- Gender reassignment
- Marriage and Civil partnership
- Pregnancy and maternity
We can design courses, workshops, informal discussion groups or lectures to meet the requirements of large organisations, schools or small groups.
New E-Learning Programme Available
Celebrate Identity Challenge Intolerance is now able to offer employers an E-Learning solution regarding Equality and Diversity training for staff.We have involved the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS), who have expertise in such matters, in the development and reviewing of our Equality and Diversity course, so you can be confident the material covers the main issues required by the 2010 Equality Act.
